Tri Open Water SwimmingOPEN WATER is the way

Hi everyone, due to the current Coronavirus outbreak, I as with every other coach that I know, are following the guidelines set out from the UK Government regarding staying safe, therefore for the time being there will be no coaching sessions with myself until further notice.

This is very serious and I believe that if we all pull together and stay at home then we will all beat this together.

Stay at home

  • Only go outside for food, health reasons or work (but only if you cannot work from home)
  • If you go out, stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people at all times
  • Wash your hands as soon as you get home

Do not meet others, even friends or family.

You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms.

We have a focus around developing the needs of swimmers who are looking to develop their technique, from pool based learning to competitive triathlon / open water competitions – TriOpenWater has it all.

TriOpenWater can work with groups of 4 swimmers at a time in the open water who are wanting group sessions, these can vary from developing drafting techniques, pacing or just a general group swim session with qualified tuition

The private lessons are 60 minute lessons in open water, we will cover all areas of open water swimming, we can also cater for specific training needs based around your individual preferences such as;

Wetsuit Fitting
