Based in the North East of England, we thrive on making each and every swimmer a better version of themselves. Whether this be in the purpose built Endless Pool or in the Open Water Environment, all coaching and training is tailored to each individual person.

The journey so far, it’s been a very long road, one with many learning curves, skills and knowledge gained!

Still managing to get coaching in, in open water in between juggling many things!

Pam the powerhouse was in for a skills session this morning and what an improvement she’s made! We’ve reduced her stroke rate, improved efficiency and developed her skills - all by using her hips!

She’s got some serious talent! 🙌🏼🏊🏼‍♂️

We are teaming up to bring you a series of dedicated themed open water group coaching sessions at Bishopton Lake, TS21 1EY!

25/07/26 – Transitioning Breaststroke to Frontcrawl

29/08/26 – Frontcrawl Development

19/09/26 – Introduction to Skins Swimming
